Cancellation policy

Guests may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.


If the booking is cancelled 29–14 days before arrival, 50% of the accommodation price will be charged.


If the booking is cancelled 13 days or less before arrival, or if the guest does not arrive, 100% of the accommodation price will be charged.


Changes to bookings
Changes to dates, cabin, guest number or length of stay are subject to availability and must be agreed in writing. A change may affect the total price.


Early departure
No refund is given for unused nights if the guest leaves before the agreed departure date.


Force majeure and exceptional situations
If the stay cannot take place due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as official travel restrictions, serious property damage, major power/water outage or other force majeure event, we will try to offer a date change, credit or refund depending on the situation.


Platform bookings
Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia or other booking platforms are governed by the cancellation policy shown on that platform at the time of booking.
